a mixed BAG of experiences
stained carpets low water pressure
the location proved convenient, especially given its proximity to local establishments.
the cleanliness was subpar with stained carpets and dusty surfaces. the bathroom fixtures looked old and quite worn, I also noticed the shower had very low water pressure. these aspects detracted significantly from the overall quality of the stay, i found those conditions quite below acceptable standards.

A Gem of a stay!
cute manager prime location useful fridge appreciated attentiveness
The manager. His attentiveness was appreciated. My room featured air conditioning and a very handy fridge for keeping drinks chilled. The location is PRIME, with easy access to restaurants and transport. I also found the complimentary tea and coffee facilities really useful.
The soundproofing could be slightly improved to further reduce street noise.

central location easy check-in
the location was quite central. it was easy to check in and out. the room had water.. that was a nice touch.
the staff member seemed unwelcoming at first. he insisted on seeing photo id, even though the hotel had been emailing me prior to arrival. this initial interaction left me quite unhappy.

Surprising value near the studios
friendly staff helpful staff cozy room great shower
I found the staff at reception very friendly and helpful. They assisted with parking in the limited spaces. My room was clean and cozy. The bathroom shower worked GREAT. The water run-off prevented pooling around my feet!
The doors and their locks need some attention. Some doors require re-hanging to correct jamming problems. This made opening doors difficult, preventing engagement of the door locks.

The hotel is located very close to the Elstree Studios, REALLY convenient for my trip. A LARGE supermarket is located around the corner for easy access to groceries and essentials. The hotel is near public transportation.

The manager seems like an amenable chap, very 'hands on'. TOM who runs the hotel is an asset to the company. He goes above and beyond to help guests with any issues. I found him cheerful and supportive.

AMAZING Stay!
central location helpful staff fresh towels useful fridge
The location is GREAT. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants. The staff was always available and ready to assist with any questions. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the fresh towels EVERY day. I also liked having a fridge, SUPER useful for storing snacks.
The parking area felt slightly tight, so maneuvering required extra care.

My Single Room was super clean. It came equipped with extra tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and bottled water. The available space was well utilized. I appreciated the thoughtful design that maximized comfort. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the cleaning staff maintained VERY high standards.
